Past Life Regression: Meet your Spirit Guides

During a past life regression with a 40-year-old woman named Sarah (her name has been changed and she has given permission to use the following information), her spirit guides came through with profound messages. 

First, she met her guardian angel. Appearing almost out of nowhere, her angel said,

"You're going to be alright, all is going to be ok. I'm here with you."

The angel was floating around and said, "You're going to make it." Next she took Sarah's hand and said, "You're going this way."

Sarah described a vortex of light as she went in with the angel and came out the other side on a starry night. The angel gently let go of her hand and said, "Go in peace." 

After that encounter with her guardian angel, Sarah was taken to another guide. She floated down to the surface and saw a very old man standing in the hills. They broke bread together and had a visit.

Sarah described her guide as having a long, gray beard and hair. It was just the two of them, with her guide sitting on a stool sharing some words: 

"You are a wise person. All that you need is within you," said her guide. "You have seen some hard things. You have a long life to live. Come sit with me here. I love you, I'll always be with you."

After taking a seat, Sarah's guide told her a story:

"There once was a boy who lived in the hills, he had everything he needed, but he was missing the golden star. So he went travelling, left all that he knew, there were wolves and other demons along the path. He was very scared, he was all alone. But he had faith. He travelled and travelled into dark valleys, searching for what he was seeking. He grew into a man still searching. He covered all kinds of lands, and stood at the end of the ocean and wished he could be home. He looked up at the stars, and wished for his family, and was transported back to where he began."

Her guide indicated that the story was over, saying, "What you were seeking is always within you to begin."
